Meet Manuel

WSET Level 2 Certified ⋅ Educator ⋅ Certified Mixologist

Manuel Patterson is a wine educator and certified mixologist dedicated to helping people know better and drink better. Currently pursuing WSET Level 3, he blends formal wine education with practical tasting experience.

With over 20 years as a Healthcare IT executive and consultant, Manuel brings structure, clarity, and analytical thinking to wine education. He connects theory to what’s in the glass so learners move beyond memorization to real understanding.

Born in Florida and based in Atlanta, Manuel credits his broad palate and curiosity to extensive travel and immersion in diverse food and beverage communities. He teaches at Oenophile Institute and remains active in Atlanta’s wine scene.

His goal is simple: to help people feel confident, stay curious, and enjoy wine with intention.
